Nguyen Hai Nam, Managing Partner, founded BizLaw in 2003. With 32 years of experience, Nam has been a pivotal figure in business law practice since the early stages of Vietnam's opening to foreign investment.

Nam graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University School of Law in 1993, where he also earned his first Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law and Arbitration in 2003. He further pursued and completed his second LL.M. at UC Berkeley School of Law in 2010. Nam is admitted to both the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association (HCBA) and the Vietnam Bar Federation.

Prior to founding BizLaw, Nam dedicated ten years to one of Vietnam's largest investment and legal consulting groups. During this time, he advised numerous multinational corporations on their commercial presence establishment and complex business transactions across Vietnam.

Nam's commitment to the legal profession extends to his leadership roles: he has served as the Vice President of HCBA since 2008. Furthermore, he has been a National Council Member of VBF since 2009, a member of the Standing Committee of the VBF since 2015, and currently holds the position of Vice President of the VBF for the 2021-2026 term.
