Do Khac Tat Hung is a counsel of BizLaw. Hung has almost 8 years of experience in practising business law. His main areas of practice are corporate & foreign investment, mergers & acquisitions, commercial law, and dispute settlement.

Hung graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law for both Law and Business Administration majors in 2016. He obtained his L.LM. in Business Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 2022. He is admitted to Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association (HCBA), and Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF).

Prior to joining BizLaw in 2020, Hung had worked for 2.5 years for a boutique law firm and acted for numerous multinational and local corporations in respect of their investment projects and business transactions in Vietnam. He had then worked for almost a year as an in-house counsel for a reputable multinational steel structure corporation based in Ho Chi Minh City, assisting in legal matters of its operation and investments within and outside of Vietnam.
